• The Triventus company was founded in 2003.

• In 2007, the business was restructured as a Group, with Triventus AB as the parent company and Triventus Consulting and Triventus Service (previously Energiteknik) as subsidiaries.

• Triventus Biogas was founded n 2009.

• Triventus Hydro Power was founded in 2010.

• Triventus Power Generation was founded in 2011.

• Triventus OY, which operates in Finland, was founded in 2011.

• Triventus A/S, which operates in Denmark, was founded in 2011.

• The Group currently consists of more than 50 companies and 130 employees.

• Turnover for the financial year 2010 amounted to SEK 576 million.

• There was a more than 19-fold increase in turnover from 2007 to 2010!

• As of 27 May 2011, new shares were issued in Triventus to a value of SEK 116 million.

• The present owner profile includes Wallenstam Natur Energi AB, Industrifonden AB, Sustainable Funds AB, Slitevind AB, Erikstorp Energi AB, Hjälsbo AB and Falkens Vind AB.

• Triventus won Dagens Industri’s prize “Halland Gazelle of the Year 2010”.
